A contemporary setting, faithful to its history

Few steps away from the sea, the restaurant is on one level, divided into various environments. The space, through a careful selection of materials and furnishings, is characterized by a contemporary colonial style with a touch of internationality, where the warmth of wood and leather combined with the chromatic choices of fabrics and surfaces enhance the pleasure of conviviality and create a balanced contrast with the large windows that open onto the Apuan Alps. The outdoor space of the Bistrot is also exceptionally welcoming, with the elegant and recently renovated area where our clients can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation en plein air.

Stars have always been a point of reference for sailors, a guide, just look up and they are always there ... the navigation of the Vaiani family is strongly connected to “Stars”: they set sail in the 1970s from the "Tre Stelle" restaurant in the center of Forte dei Marmi, a simple seafood restaurant where they offered a cuisine rooted to the territory and traditions, and welcomed customers with a familiar but never confidential service.
